In July I published a little recipe e-book that is my love letter to the taste and versatility of tea. TEAse Me: 15 Tempting Plant-based Recipes Inspired By The World’s Favorite Beverage. TEAse Me is divided into three categories: Black, Matcha, and Herbal teas and I’ve included easy whole food recipes for breakfast, mains, desserts, and beverages. I had a blast creating the recipes and taking the photos.
It’s easy to get your own copy of TEAse Me. Subscribe to receive an email whenever a new post is published on An Unrefined Vegan (1-2 times per month) and get the e-book absolutely free, or purchase for $5.99 here.

Some of you may be familiar with a series of blog posts on my other blog, An Unrefined Vegan, about being a caregiver to a terminally ill patient. For the past couple of months, I’ve been working on an e-book version of these posts, and at long last, the e-book has been published.
A bit about the book: It’s a little over 80 pages and contains everything that was on my blog plus new chapters with additional information. It’s available for $5.99 on Amazon in Kindle format here – and also as a downloadable PDF on An Unrefined Vegan. Perhaps the most important thing about this e-book is that 100% of the proceeds from the sale of it will benefit the Charles A. Oliverio Fund at Huntsman Cancer Foundation. Every little bit of funding fuels research into a cure for glioblastoma multiforme, the type brain cancer that took my brother’s life and every dollar helps!
My gratitude to Lisa, Lorna, Steve, Somer, Ganey, and Fran for reading the primer and agreeing to review it on Amazon. Their time is valuable and knowing they shared some of it with me means the world.
Each five-star review brings attention to the e-book. If you are interested in reading it, let me know and I’ll send you a PDF copy of the primer in exchange for a review on Amazon. Email me. I could also use help spreading the word about this little e-book as the goal of publishing it is to help people in caregiving situations and to raise money for my brother’s brain cancer research fund at Huntsman Cancer Foundation.
